Buoy Level Meter

The buoy level meter consists of four basic parts: buoy, spring, magnetic steel chamber and indicator.

The buoy in the liquid is subjected to a downward gravity, a combination of upward buoyancy and spring force. When the three forces are balanced, the buoy is still at a position in the float level meter. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy of buoy changes accordingly, and the equilibrium state is broken, which causes elastic change, that is, the expansion of the spring to achieve a new balance. The expansion of the spring makes it displaced from the magnetic steel connected with the rigid connection. In this way, the magnetic induction element and the transmission device in the indicator are used to indicate the level of the liquid. The meter of the limit switch can realize the alarm function of the liquid level signal.
